I am an experienced executive who has driven significant growth in sales, services, personnel, and facilities within the lending industry, all while enhancing profitability and fostering business diversification. From 1999 to 2014, alongside a remarkably capable executive team, I transformed a burgeoning start-up into a globally successful enterprise, expanding our workforce to over 600 employees across multiple locations in Canada and Europe. During this period, we increased annual sales from less than $12 million to $821 million.

My extensive experience spans key executive functions, including Finance, HR, Sales, Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable (Collections), Marketing, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, and Market Development across both Canadian and European markets.

Recently, I have shifted my focus to leveraging my corporate experience to mentor and coach others in life and wellness. I firmly believe that the most rewarding aspect of  life is the people you encounter along the way. My legacy lies in the relationships I have built and continue to build with the incredible individuals who have enriched my life.
